A: The pricing model will charge your end-users on a per user per month basis. You will be responsible for setting prices and your own margins for your customers, and we will bill you.
Q: Would it handle only BC Q&A functionality, or could it be utilized for any version of the BC/NAV or for other purposes/systems?
A: We support and update the latest Business Central version knowledgebase. However, you can add your own knowledge base covering any BC/NAV version or any other system.
Q: In the knowledge base it includes, does Simplanova expand on the functional improvements that Microsoft includes in each major release?
A: Yes, we update the Master knowledge base regularly.
