Developers Manager

This is a fixed-term employment contract.

The purpose of this position is to attract and mentor IT specialists.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitoring the needs of existing developers, coordinating changes to terms and conditions, and preparing relevant documents.
  • Adaptation of new and existing developers to new contracts, preparation for interviews with clients, and assistance in solving problem situations.
  • Ensuring the employment of developers.
  • Monthly interviews with employees.
  • Monthly communication with clients regarding ongoing work.
  • Issuance of monthly invoices to customers.
  • Ensuring customer programming needs.
  • Future responsibilities may include: sourcing and recruiting IT professionals, interviewing and evaluating candidates, and managing a database of potential candidates.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Successful experience in a similar position (in human resources, IT) for at least one year.
  • Characterized by resistance to stress and the ability to objectively and effectively solve problematic situations.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills.
  • Fluent Lithuanian language.
  • Strong oral and written English skills.
