The Biz Apps Deployment Voucher (DV) is an invite-only benefits and incentives program designed to accelerate the adoption of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform workloads, including Business Central. It supports partners in driving successful customer engagements by helping offset implementation service costs.
The program is open to a limited number of up to fifty qualified partners, who must have an active Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program Agreement and be ECIF-eligible suppliers. Additionally, the program is only available to new or migrating customers with an Annual Contract Value (ACV) of at least $100,000.
Each eligible customer engagement must be registered through a voucher redemption workflow, and partners are required to submit a signed Statement of Work (SOW) and later a Proof of Execution (POE). Payouts follow a 30/70 structure: 30% is paid upon SOW approval, and the remaining 70% upon POE verification. The maximum voucher value is up to 20% of the ACV, capped at $100,000, and only one voucher may be issued per tenant.
Redemption must occur within six months of voucher issuance. The DV program is designed to layer with Bridge to the Cloud 2 (BTTC2), making it ideal for scenarios where the deal already uses BTTC2 and the partner needs additional funding for service delivery. However, it is not available for public sector customers.
In addition to financial incentives, partners also receive technical resources, co-sell visibility, and program communications to help ensure deployment success.
