The BC Migration Voucher is a Microsoft-funded initiative that provides up to 100% of Year 1 Billed Revenue (net to Microsoft) as a voucher to offset implementation costs for customers migrating to Dynamics 365 Business Central from Dynamics NAV, AX, GP, SL, or BC On-Prem.
The goal? To help remove budget concerns and accelerate deal closures.
Voucher Value
- Up to 100% of Year 1 Billed Revenue
- Maximum payout of $150,000
- Minimum opportunity size: $50,000
Vouchers must be redeemed within 6 months of being issued and cannot be combined with other offers like Deployment Vouchers or Bridge to the Cloud 2.
Who is Eligible?
This offer is valid for:
- New BC SaaS customers migrating from AX, NAV, GP, SL, BC On-Prem
- CSP customers with annual commitment & payment (excluding Public Sector)
- Partners must be ECIF-eligible and part of the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program
Note: Lapsed and orphaned customers are eligible, but compete deals (e.g., from non-Dynamics ERPs) are not.

How Does the Process Work?
Partner collaborates with the Microsoft team to nominate an eligible deal.
Microsoft reviews eligibility and confirms approval before license purchase.
After the deal closure, the voucher is sent to the customer with the partner and the MS team copied.
Voucher must be redeemed within 6 months using a signed Statement of Work (SOW) and Proof of Execution (POE).
