Tech Data enhances Microsoft Dynamics upgrade offerings with Simplanova

Tech Data, a TD SYNNEX (NYSE: SNX) company, and Simplanova, a provider of Dynamics 365 Business Central Upgrade and NAV Development services, announced new strategic cooperation. Tech Data and Simplanova are working together to deliver enterprise-grade IT services for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 portfolio and provide premium expertise to empower Dynamics partners and end customers.

Through this agreement, Tech Data partners can access Simplanova’s automated, fixed-price professional services to support their customers in accelerating and streamlining migrations from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to Business Central. Partners can also leverage other services, such as Business Central custom development, add-on migration to AppSource, and technical team training, enabling them to support end customers in upgrading their Dynamics environments and gain access to new functionality, improved agility, and support for their instance of the Dynamics NAV system.

Stephen Ennis, vice president, Services, Advanced Solutions, Europe, Tech Data, said: “Upgrading or migrating to Microsoft Dynamics can be complex and time consuming for our partners and their end customers. Together, Tech Data and Simplanova are addressing this challenge by providing specialist knowledge and expertise together with robust automated tools to accelerate and simplify the process. This will enable partners to manage these transitions seamlessly and tap into a long-term revenue stream opportunity thanks to Microsoft’s annual upgrade cadence. Tech Data’s partnership with Simplanova means that our partners will benefit from high quality automated professional services, safe in the hands of a highly trustworthy delivery partnership.”

“With most Dynamics NAV solutions still running on legacy on-premise versions, there is a global demand for automated migration resources and solutions. By joining forces with a leading global distributor like Tech Data, Simplanova will have the ability to produce automations at scale and our partners will have access to additional offerings, including migration to Azure and CSP licenses”, says Petras Butėnas, founder of Simplanova.
