Engagement Summary
With an AIM Assessment you can scope and showcase the value of migrating from Dynamics on premises to Dynamics 365. You will help customers understand the benefits of moving from on-premises (for Dynamics AX, CRM, NAV, GP, SL and Business Central
on-prem) to the cloud, identify business objectives tie them to Dynamics 365 functionality, and identify next steps based on assessment recommendations and solution complexity.
AIM Assessment Report
The report will include following three parts:
Integrations, database, custom code, processes, reporting, automation refactoring, what can and cannot be migrated.
High-level business processes overview (mapping old to new), high-level overview of capabilities relevant to customer, ISV add-ons and alternatives, licensing for the transition.
Recommended upgrade approach, next steps in upgrade, total scope and price, detailed analysis.

The submitted Partner Proof of Execution should contain the following:
- Invoice for the report
- AIM Assessment Report (with technical, functional review parts and conclusions with price, actionable steps)

Partner Qualification
One of the following are required:
- Attained one of the following legacy competencies and purchased benefits package: Cloud Business Applications
- Business Applications Solution Partner Designation
- Analytics on Microsoft Azure Specialization
- Low Code Application Development Specialization
- Intelligent Automation Specialization
