This is a fixed-term employment contract.
The purpose of this position is to attract and mentor IT specialists.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitoring the needs of existing developers, coordinating changes to terms and conditions, and preparing relevant documents.
- Adaptation of new and existing developers to new contracts, preparation for interviews with clients, and assistance in solving problem situations.
- Ensuring the employment of developers.
- Monthly interviews with employees.
- Monthly communication with clients regarding ongoing work.
- Issuance of monthly invoices to customers.
- Ensuring customer programming needs.
- Future responsibilities may include: sourcing and recruiting IT professionals, interviewing and evaluating candidates, and managing a database of potential candidates.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Successful experience in a similar position (in human resources, IT) for at least one year.
- Characterized by resistance to stress and the ability to objectively and effectively solve problematic situations.
- Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills.
- Fluent Lithuanian language.
- Strong oral and written English skills.
