Go4Logistics – the company, located in Belgium, develops solutions for transport and logistics companies. Inspired by the needs of entrepreneurs in transport and logistics, Go4TMS was conceived as a new, innovative all-encompassing solution based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, formerly known as Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

 

CHALLENGE: Need to migrate three databases to the latest Dynamics 365 Business Central version, limited time (client was looking for a cost-effective and quick solution while migrating databases to the latest version).

3 databases converted until now:

 

  • Financial database from NAV 5.0 Classic to BC 18.2 SaaS
  • Go4TMS demo database from BC14 C/AL to AL
  • Go4TMS client database from NAV2013 C/AL to BC 18.2 + Simplanova created add-on migration toolkit.

 

 

Simplanova’s team successfully completed three Dynamics NAV / 365 Business Central Clean-Start Upgrade projects. With the third Clean-Start upgrade, Simplanova’s team received an additional request – to build an add-on migration toolkit for Go4Logistics add-on in order to migrate add-on data from the old version to the latest one.

We were satisfied to start a clean-start upgrade within the same month as we received the official proposal. In the beginning, we started with a kick-off meeting and had a smooth communication afterward. We are happy that we didn’t have any issues during the support period, which saved us time once again. We are definitely looking to work with Simplanova with our future upgrades.
